Auction Notice for Gold 

Finance facilities were extended by JS Bank to the undermentioned defaulters and their legal heirs (listed below) against the security deposit through the pledge of gold ornaments/valuables. Despite repeated notices, they have failed to return the loan along with the markup and recovered their gold ornaments. They are informed through this advertisement, to pay the entire outstanding amount along with markup and recover gold ornaments or reschedule their loan with the bank. Otherwise, the bank as per rules and regulations will auction the gold ornaments/valuables within 14 days of the publication of this notice and no request will be entertained after that and no further public notice shall be issued for payment of the outstanding amount(s).
