TenderAlert.pk is an independent, privately run tender aggregation and discovery service. We collect and publish government, NGO and private-sector tender notices from newspapers and the official procurement portals of PPRA (ppra.gov.pk), Punjab PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk), SPPRA (pprasindh.gov.pk), KPPRA (kppra.kp.gov.pk), BPPRA (bppra.gob.pk) and AJK PPRA (ajkppra.gov.pk) for information purposes. We are not the issuer of any tender we list. TenderAlert.pk is not a government service, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government body, procurement authority or newspaper.
Browsing tender titles, locations, dates and status is free for everyone. Tender images and documents are available to accounts with an active membership. Memberships are arranged with our team and are not sold in the app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Tender details are sourced from third parties, namely newspapers and government procurement portals, and republished as-is. While we make a reasonable effort to keep listings current, we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Always verify tender details against the original source or issuing authority before submitting a bid or making any business decision.
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time:
Deleting your account ends your membership. Any time left on your membership is not refunded. Our Privacy Policy explains what we delete and what we keep.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to scrape, resell or redistribute members-only content, sharing your login credentials with others, or interfering with the service's normal operation.
The TenderAlert.pk name, logo and app design are our property. Tender content itself originates from the third-party sources credited alongside each listing.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts used in violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time, as described in section 4.
TenderAlert.pk is provided "as is" for information purposes. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a missed, inaccurate or delayed tender listing, or from a bidding decision made based on information in the app or on the website.
Our platform may link to procurement portals and other sites that we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
