Consultancy Services for Preparation of Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design, Tender Documents and PC-I for Concrete Lining of First Two Kilometers of Nara Canal Head Reach Sindh Province
(UNDER NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING)
Nara Canal Area Water Board invites the sealed Technical & Financial proposals from reputed Engineering Consulting
Firms having license/registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category valid for the year 2024 to carry out the "Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design, Tender Documents and PC-I for Concrete Lining of First Two Kilometers of Nara Canal Head Reach Sindh Province".
The RFP for the assignment can be collected from the office of the undersigned on payment of non-refundable document fee on any working day).
The technical and financial proposals will be considered and evaluated in accordance with SPPRA rules and Evaluation criteria adopted by the Nara Canal AWB, Mirpurkhas.
The interested consulting firms may obtain any further details re dl ¯the project on any working days or can be download the same from the SPPRA websites https://ppms. pprasindh.com  The document shall not be entertained without the document fee in shape of pay order/challan.
The Bid containing technical and financial proposals, sealed separately, with all requisite documents must be delivered in a sealed envelope on or before, 12th August 2024 till 11:30 AM at the Office of undersigned. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM publicly in presence of bidder(s) designated representatives in the committee room of the office of undersigned. The partial, conditional and incomplete bids not to be considered. If the bidding process remain un-respond in first attempt the schedule of second attempt will on 27th, August 2024. In second attempt, the Bid containing technical and financial proposals must be delivered till 11 AM on the same address and will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM in the committee room of the office of undersigned. Consortium consisting of more than three firms will not be eligible for the participation.
The consultants having certificates of PEC for the year 2024 with allocation of code and 1232(all full codes) shall only be eligible for participation for proposed consultancy services.
The consultants/firms shall submit registration certificate of income tax department and Sindh Revenue Board along with last three years audited report.
If firms do not supply the full information in accordance with requirement of RFP document the proposal shall be considered as non-responsive.
10. Conditional and late application shall not be entertained.
11. All bids must remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days effective from the technical bids' opening date and must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 2% of the total quoted Bid in the shape of Pay Order/ Demand Draft/ Bank Guarantee, valid for a period of twenty eight (28) days beyond Bid validity period, issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of 'Director Nara Canal Area Water Board'. The original bid security shall be accompanied with financial proposal and copy of the same without mentioning bid security amount may be submitted along with technical proposal as evidence. Incase the original bid security found with technical proposal the proposal will be rejected.
12. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Technical/ Financial proposals without assigning any
reason thereof under relevant provision of SPPRA rules.
