INVITATION TO BID TROUGH EPADS
Pakistan Railways is a Federal Government Department which endeavors to provide a
competitive, safe reliable, market oriented, efficient and environment friendly mode
of transport and plays a pivotal role in socio-economic development, Chief Controller
of Purchase, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters, Office Lahore invities tenders/sealed bids from the original manufacturers/authorize distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue registered office for the supply against following tender in accordance with Single Stage-Two Envelopes Procedure of Public Procurement Rules-2004.
Spring Steel Flat size 80 mm + 0.8 mm x 6mm ‡ 0.18mm square ends for Elastic Rail Clips as per specifications conforming to JISG 4801 designated as SUP-9.

NOTE:

• Bids only through E-Pak Acquisition and disposal system (EPADS) will be entertained (www.eprocure.gov.pk) no bid other than EPADS will be accepted. Bid security will be, submitted before closing of tender physically in tender box in the office of Chief Controller of Purchase. Bidder will also upload the complete scanned copy their bid in EPADS.  Note: EPADS tender No. F-240785226
• Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, can be downloaded from http://e-procure.gov.pk free cost.
• The bid prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents must be submitted on EPAD as per the schedule mentioned in the table above.
