TENDER NOTICE • Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) intends to undertake project for as per details given below: - Provision of Bitumen Membrane for Water proofing on Roof Top including Miscellaneous Repair Works at DHACSS C6 & CE-10 SKBZ Campus, Kh-e-Rahat, Phase-VI, 2,000/- 11 Dec 2023 DHA, Karachi. • Sealed Bids on Single Stage One Envelope Procedure are invited from DHA Enlisted Contractors in PDOHA and eligible Contractors / firms having PEC registration for the year 2023-2024. General Terms & Conditions: • Bid Documents can be obtained from office of the Director D&C PDOHA, Head Office, from 27 Nov 2023 on submission of written request and payment of prescribed Bid Document Fee (nonrefundable) in the shape of Pay Order as shown against project in favor of DHA Karachi and production of valid PEC Registration Certificate. • Sealed Financial Bids (One Original and One Copy) should be delivered at D&C Directorate on or before 1430 hours 11* Dec 2023. Financial Proposal will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours in presence of bidder or authorize representative who wish to attend. • DHA reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids under provision of rules & regulations.
