World Food Programme Expression of Interest (EOl) for inclusion in WFP roster for Engineering Services (Design and Supervision Consultant firms) United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) Pakistan Country Office is interested in diversifying its vendor roster by adding new suppliers / service providers who can offer a wide range of engineering design and supervision services at the most competitive prices. Interested firms can download the Eol documents from the following web link. https://tinyurl.com/wfppkeoi2023 The above-mentioned link will remain active and allow downloading of the documents till 1600 Hours on 6 of December 2023. Firms are advised to thoroughly review the instructions along with the annexed documents. Completed registration forms, duly signed and stamped, along with the requested supporting documents must reach WFP in hard copy, no later than 11 December 2023 (1600 hours), at the following address: Attn: Procurement Unit EOl for Engineering Services UN World Food Programme Plot #1, Sector G-5, Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad - (Pakistan) Hard copies of the registration forms and other supporting documents will be accepted only through courier service registered mail. Courier / mail tracking ID along with a soft copy of the completed vendor registration form (MS Excel copy only) must also be emailed to WFP at islamabad.procurement@wfp.org before 11 December 2023 (1600 hours). Incomplete and/or hand-written applications will be rejected. We do not require prices at this stage; we merely seek your expression of interest in working with WFP as a potential supplier. The maximum size of one email should not exceed 7 MB. Due to the high volume of communications, WFP will not issue confirmation of receipt of the EOl and no further details of the planned tender(s) can be made available for vendors prior to issuance of the formal solicitation documents. A response to this Expression of Interest does not constitute inclusion in the WFP vendor roster or shortlisting for a tender / Agreement.
