INVITATION BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT GOODS

Sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure bidding process are hereby invited from the interested  persons / suppliers / contractors / firms for procurement of Goods and Services in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended upto date).

01. Bidding document for National Competitive Bidding of Pakistan along with list for Supplying Abkalani Meterials, Supplying / Repair Furniture, Electric Material, Computer System, Machinery & Equipment & Supplying Utility Items. General Items, Uniform, POL, Goods & other essential item for financial year 2024-25. will be issued upto 21-06-2024 at 10:00 A.M and will be received back on 21-06-2024 at 11:00 A.M and will be opened on the same day i.c 21-06-2024 at 12:00 P.M by the Procurement Committee in the presence of Contractors or their authorized representative.

02. In case of holiday or any Member or Chairman out of Head Quarter. Bids / Tender will be received and opened on next working day.

03. The Bidding document should be supported with a Call Deposit / Bid Security of Rs.500000/-

04. Rs.3000/- as Bidding document Fee (Non-refundable) in favour of Executive Engineer Irrigation West Division Khairpur and No bid should be entertained without Call Deposit / Bid Security.

05. The rates quoted shall remain valid and effective upto 30th June 2024 for Supplying Abkalani Materials, Supplying / Repair Furniture. Electric Material, Computer System, Machinery & Equipment & Supplying Utility Items. General Items, Uniform, POL, Goods & other essential items etc: in case of emergency, the material etc: will be supplied on short notice as specification by the undersigned.

06. The conditional bids will not be entertained.

07. The Contractor whose rates will be found lowest will be bound to Supplying Abkalani Materials, Supplying / Repair Furniture. Electric Material. Computer System, Machinery & Equipment & Supplying Utility Items. General Items, Uniform, POL, Goods & other essential items etc: as and when ordered during the financial year 2024-2025.

08. The rates quoted must inclusive of all taxes of prevailing rates in vogue.

09. The Bidders must be registered with relevant Provincial and Federal fax authorities.

10. The Bidder's must be registered with FBR & SRB.
