TENDER NOTICE

1. PAKISTAN DEFENCE OFFICER HOUSING AUTHORITY (PDOHA), Karachi, invite only manufacturer (OEM) registered under Income Tax/Sales Tax Act for supply of Poles for Solar / Conventional LED Street Lights at PH-VII Extn and Phase-Vlll DHA Karachi as per details given below:-

2. Sealed Bids on Single stage one envelope (Technical & Financial) procedure are invited from all eligible manufactures/suppliers/firms as per following scheduled:

• Galvanized with Solar Panel Frame
• Double Arm Pole for Solar Street Light 10 Meter High Hot Dip
• Galvanized with Solar Panel Frame

General Terms and Conditions:

3. The bidding shall be conducted through negotiated bidding procedure and negotiations shall be carried out in the presence of respective bidder or his authorized representative who wish to attend.

4.Bidding Documents can be obtained from office of the Director Procurement, DHA, Head office from 4 June 2024 on submission of written request and payment of prescribed bid documents fee in shape of Pay Order (non-refundable) in favor of DHA Karachi.

5. Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted at undersigned office on 13 June 2024 at 1000 hours. Technical / Financial proposal will be opened on the same day i.e. 13 June 2024 at 1030 hours.

6. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject all or a bids under revision of rules & reputation.
