EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SHORT LISTING OF COMPANY/FIRMS OR INDIVIDUAL FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF JOY /FUN LAND, MECHANICAL RIDES FOR THEME PARK IN MANGO ORCHARD BAHAWALPUR Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Bahawalpur is a public-sector authority set up by Government of the Punjab under". The Parks & Horticulture Authority Act 2012". Parks & Horticulture Authority, Bahawalpur intends to engage well reputed company/firms or individual for establishment of Joy/Fun Land and mechanical rides for "Theme Park" (under execution) at Mango Orchard Bahawalpur. Interested company/firms or individual can obtain detailed EOI documents, containing all details regarding establishment of Joy/Fun Land and mechanical rides, along with evaluation criteria for short listing, from PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx) and attach CDR of Rs. 1,000/- (Non-Refundable) while submitting the documents. The detail can also be obtained from the office of Assistant Director Engineering, PHA during the working hours on written request at the cost of Rs.1,000/- (Non-Refundable) through authorized representative of the firm. The interested firms/contractors may submit their EOl's (one original & one copy), duly completed, signed, stamped, sealed and incomplete conformity, which should be dropped in the office of Assistant Director Engineering, Parks & Horticulture Authority, 2-A Garden Area Near Govt. APS Boys High School Satellite Town, Bahawalpur, not later than 18-01-2024 on or before 11:00 AM. The EOl's shall be opened in accordance with Rule 30 of PPRA at 11:30 AM in the office of Assistant Director Engineering, PHA in the presence of the representative of the Company/firms or individual who may like to attend the EOI's opening proceedings. PHA will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or delivery of EOIs. Any request / query for clarification in the criteria, received from the company/firms or individual atleast three (03) days before the closing date, would be responded; provided that such requests made by the company/firms or individual bidder shall in variably be in writing. The Competent Authority may reject all proposals without any reason and at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per clause 35 of PPRA.
