INDUS RESOURCE CENTRE - IRC
TENDER NOTICE
Indus Resource Centre (IRC), in partnership with Right to Play, Pakistan (RTP), is implementing the Roshan Rastay 2.0: Pathways to Progress project, aimed at improving access to education for out-of-school (OOS) children in Sindh, Pakistan. This initiative targets 3,800 OOS children, offering them the opportunity to receive basic education and supporting their reintegration into the learning system. The project will be implemented in three districts of Sindh: Thatta, Sujawal, and Badin.
IRC invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the Solarization of NFE Centres at IRC Office: House No. D-42/B, Block No. 1, K.D.A. Scheme No. 5, near Zia Uddin Hospital Clifton, Karachi, Sindh.

Terms & Conditions:
- Tender documents can be collected through email anilparmar.irc@gmail.com or may collected from IRC Office: House No. D-42/B, Block No. 1, K.D.A. Scheme No. 5, near Ziauddin Hospital Clifton, Karachi from 05/09/2026 till 19/09/2026 during working hours (9:00 am to 5:30 pm).
- Sealed tenders should reach IRC Office: House No. D-42/B, Block No. 1, K.D.A. Scheme 5, near Ziauddin Hospital Clifton, Karachi on or before 2:30 PM on 19/09/2026 and should be clearly marked "TENDER - Not to be opened before 3:00 PM on 19/09/2026.
- Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e., 19/09/2026 at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening.
- In case the public holiday is announced by the Government (Due to security or any other reason) the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
- The tender committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
- Bidders must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted.
- IRC has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, and child abuse. All forms of harassment, exploitation, and abuse, including sexual misconduct and trafficking, are strictly prohibited as per the policy. Bidders must ensure adherence to safeguarding principles and any violation will result in immediate termination of the contract.
- Lowest price will not be the sole criteria; delivery time and previous experience will also be considered.
- Rates should be including of all type of taxes and all other allied costs (delivery and installation charges etc)
