- Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Represented by the Chief Engineer (Power) GB, WAPDA Power Complex, Barotha-Attock (the "Purchaser") invites electronic bids from bonafide manufacturers/authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax department and on Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of FBR will be eligible for participating/ obtaining e-bidding documents for "Procurement of Spare Parts for 500 KV Circuit Breaker of WAPDA GB Power Complex Barotha-Attock on FOB Basis". Time period for completion of contract is 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days from the date of issuance of Purchase order.
- E-bidding documents as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at epads.gov.pk
- The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 03-09-2026 at: 1100 Hrs. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs in Conference Room of Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony Barotha-Attock, in the presence of the bidders designated representatives. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure shall be followed for this procurement.
- Each bidder shall furnish a Bid Security (in original) amounting to Rs. 1,329,000.00 in the form of CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (Power) GB, WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock and must reach to the office of Chief Engineer (Power) GB WAPDA Power Complex, Barotha – Attock on or before e-bid closing date & time as mentioned above.
