Tender Notice for Coal Transportation - Thar To LEPCL
Lucky Electric Power Company Limited (LEPCL) is a 660 MW Coal fired Power Plant, requires coal transportation Services from THAR coal Mine near Islamkot, Tharparker District to LEPCL Plant at Port Qasim. The expected total annual quantity shall be from 1 To 1.5 million Tons starting from 1st Nov 2024 till 31st Oct 2025. We invite bids from experienced & reputable Coal/Bulk Cargo transporters having 22-Wheeler, self-tipping Trailers having minimum of (05) five years' experience in coal/bulk cargo handling. Sealed Bids in Separate envelopes for Technical and Commercial bid should be submitted by 12:00 noon Monday, October 21, 2024. Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 12 at 11 am at Lucky Electric Power Plant, at Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan.
Technical Bid Documents Shall be Submitted in a separate envelope and must include the following:
1. Company name/Legal status, whether incorporated as legal entity or a registered firm, year of establishment(Provide copy of incorporation or registration), Location of registered
2. Structure of company with managerial capabilities regarding environment, safety, risk management, number of Permanent staff/workers.
3. Annual Turn-over of last 05 Years/Financial Strength
4. Evidence or previous experience (Coal Supply/Other Bulk Cargo) supported by experience letters from clients
5. Current Contracts (List of customers)
6. Applicant Tax Information and NTN details
7. Litigation History of last 5 years (if any)
8. Proof of ownership of currently owned 22-Wheeler self-tipping trailers, Self-tipping Vehicles with Reg # & documents.
9. Affidavit that firm is not currently blacklisted by any Client
10. Transporter should have all relevant Approvals/Permits/NOCs for Coal transportation required under the Law
