TENDER NOTICE
Bahawalpur Cantonment Board working under the Administrative control of Ministry of Defence, ML&C Deptt, hereby invites sealed Technical & Financial bids from the original manufactures /sole distributors/contractors firms, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue having current registration with PEC in relevant category with vast experience in installation of solar panel system for the following works on the basis of "Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure" under rule 36 (b) of PPRA Rules 2004:
Construction of iron frame shed and Supply and fixing
of ON Grid Solar System (60 KW) at Sewerage Disposal
station inside MT work shop MTA.
Supply and fixing of ON Grid Solar System (15 KW) at
Sewerage Disposal station at Dera Izat Ward No 04.
Supply and fixing of On Grid Solar System (100 KW) at
Water works No 03 Staff Colony MTA.
Supply and fixing of On Grid Solar System (60 KW) at
Water works No 02 CB Collage MTA.
Supply and fixing of On Grid Solar System (60 KW) at
Water works No 04 Umar Road MTA.
Supply and fixing of On Grid Solar System (60 KW) at
Waterworks No 01 Gulbarg road MTA.

i. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions for each work are available at Office of the Bahawalpur Cantonment Board Ahmadpur Road near chowk Fawara Bahawalpur. Price of the bidding documents is Rs.2000/- each as per Rule 23(5) of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
ii. The Technical and Financial Bids in separate sealed envelopes prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents must reach Office of the Bahawalpur Cantonment Board, Ahmadpur road near chowk Faw'ara Bahawalpur on or before 17 /10/2024 at 1400 hours. The Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of the representative of the Firms who choose to be present at that time.
