EXPRESSION OF INTEREST(EOI)
HIRING SERVICES OF FIRM/ORGANIZATION FOR THE AI-DRIVEN ENTERPRISE PRODUCT TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE GRADUATES OF M.PHIL AND PH.D IN COMPUTER SCIENCE/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OR RELEVANT FIELD
National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), is the Federal apex body for regulation of vocational and technical education in Pakistan. NAVTTC is mandated to formulate policies, curricula, accreditation and certifications in the field of vocational and technical education. It also bridges academia and industry, ensuring relevance and quality for national development.

2. NAVTTC invites expression of interest (EOl) from the reputed firms/organizations for the Al-Driven Enterprise Product training and Development for the Graduates of M.Phil and Ph.D in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant field.

3. The interested firm is required to develop and implement aforesaid program including advertisement, short-listing of the applications on the prescribed eligibility criteria, implementation and report writing. The firm shall be hired as per the PPRA rules 36 (b) i.e. Single stage- two envelopes and following criteria will be used for shortlisting of the interested firms/organizations;
• Technical capability and credential for development and implementation of
program physical, online or hybrid;
• Must have at-least 3 years relevant experience in developing Al products;
• Have experience in conducting training programs associated with QS-ranked international universities (Top 20);
• Profile of the key personnel/teams involved in the management;
• Firm's legal status/registration duly recognized in Pakistan or Internationally as the case may be;
• Financial strength and tax registration (active taxpayer status);
• Should have not been blacklisted by the government offices/organizations;

4. Expression of Interest document (containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be obtained (free of cost) from the office of Deputy Director (Procurement), NAVTTC HQs, Islamabad during office house and also available on EPADS web portal of PPRA and official website of NAVTTC (https://navttc.gov.pk). The EOl documents will be evaluated on the basis of the evaluation criteria. NAVTTC reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals as per PPRA Rule 33.

5. The EOl must reach at the below mentioned address in 'Sealed Envelops' through courier, postal mail or by hand. Last date and time for submission of EOls is 11th Oct, 2024 and 11:00 AM respectively. The sealed envelope of Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 am.
