Terms and Conditions:
Inspection: The mentioned vehicles can be inspected at Atlas Estate, Sector 31-A, Indus Highway, Landhi, Karachi on May 6th and 7th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Submission: Sealed bids must be submitted to the Admin/Security Department of LEPCL at the address mentioned above.
Deadline: The last date for submission of bids is April 8, 2026, by 4:00 PM. Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained.
Earnest Money: A Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 50,000 for each vehicle in favor of LEPCL must be attached with the bid.
Rights: LEPCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
Successful Bidders: Successful bidders must pay the remaining balance and taxes within the specified time frame to take possession of the vehicle.
