competitive bidding procedure as per Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules:

2. Bidders who have already submitted/ sent their proposals (bids) may take them back and
re-submit the same before the revised closing date and time mentioned above.
3. All bids will be opened 30 minutes after the revised bids closing date/ time.

5. Tender documents are available online and bids are also required to be submitted online
