Case No. 18/10 Reference 13/11/2023 Next date of hearing 12/02/2026 Title of the case: Masmat or Sameen vs. Jahanzeb etc. The court had ordered the auction of Hotel Al-Musumah Jamshed Hotel near Hotel Pusht Qissa Khawani Bazaar Peshawar. The auction will be held from 11 am to 4 pm on 11/02/2026 at the above location. Everyone, both private and public, can participate in the auction. The successful bidder will have to deposit 1/4 share with the auctioneer on the spot, while the remaining amount will be required to be deposited in the court within 115 days. If there are any outstanding debts of any person/persons or institution on the said hotel, then it should be brought to the notice of the court before the auction. The court has the authority to accept or reject any bid.
