Society for Community Strengthening and Promotion of Education, Balochistan (SCSPEB) invites sealed competitive bids for transport contract of rental vehicles services in all focused RVs of Balochistan i.e. Pishin, Chaghi, Loralai, Muslim Bagh & Muhammad Khail.
Interested bidders / firms who are registered with Government of Pakistan in the same category can obtain Tender Documents from SCSPEB office during office hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) till 19th January, 2026 against tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) in shape of Pay Order in the name of "Society for Community Strengthening and Promotion of Education, Balochistan (SCSPEB)".
Sealed bids as per tender document with covering letter on firm's letterhead must reach this office before 10:00 am on 21st January, 2026.
The technical offers will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
The financial offers of successful/qualified bidders will be opened on 26th January, 2026 at 03:30 pm in the presence of vendors.
Pay order amounting PKR 150,000/- in favor of "Society for Community Strengthening and Promotion of Education, Balochistan (SCSPEB)" must accompany with technical bids. Bids received without pay order will not be entertained.
