Sarhad Rural Support Programme Peshawar Tender Notice

Sarhad Rural Support Program (SRSP) is the largest non-profit/ non-government organization of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) incorporated under the Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017. It has proactively promoted people-centered development by improving livelihoods of poor and vulnerable communities, while maintaining a special focus on women, playing a leading role in supporting poverty reduction in KP over the past three decades.

Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP) has partnership agreements with the European Union for the implementation of the project ‘Post Flood Rural Economic Recovery of Green Productive Assets in KP’ for the betterment of the people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province (KP). The overall objective of the project is to contribute to climate-resilient socio-economic recovery in the most affected and vulnerable districts of KP province following the 2022 floods, based on the principles of building back better. In line with the project agreements, SRSP intents/requires the completion of works in a specified period of time.

These instructions set out the rules for the submission, selection and implementation of contracts financed under this call for bids.

The Employer is Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP), Peshawar-Pakistan. The project is titled, ‘Procurement of Civil Works for the Rehabilitation & Construction of 560KW MHP at Damorai, District Shangla, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must submit bids for all lots required by the dossier, as specified in Annex 7. Bids for incomplete lots will not be accepted.
