INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF
AIR CONDITIONERS
Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. (TCP), Karachi, state-owned commercial organization working under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce, Government of
Pakistan, invites bids/offers for procurement of Air Conditioners with T-3 Compressor (with warranty), subject to the terms and conditions specified in 'Tender Document'.
2. Interested firms)/companies/authorized dealers, registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax authorities/Sind Revenue Board (SRB) and on active taxpayer list, may submit their bids on
E-PADS (single stage procedure). The Bidders will submit the scanned copy online on or before the date 26 of August, 2024, 11:00 a.m. on E-PADS system before the opening of
tender otherwise the bid(s)/proposals shall be declared as non-responsive.
3. The proposal/offers/bid(s) shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the TCP's Board Room in the presence of the members of TCP Procurement Committee and authorized
representatives of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ Authorized Dealer/Sole Authorized Dealer/firms/companies who may wish to be present.
4. Documents containing detailed Tender Documents & the Terms and Conditions for the procurement of Air-Conditioners can be downloaded from TCP's website: (www.tcp.gov.pk) as
well as PPRA's website: (www.ppra.org.pk) as well as E-PADS website: (https://eprocure.gov.pk).
5. The reputed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ Authorized Dealer/Sole Authorized Dealer/firms/companies which have defaulted in its contracts) awarded by TCP, or any other Government/Semi Government Organization is/are not eligible to participate in the tender. The bidders) who have not fulfilled their contractual obligation with TCP are also not
eligible to participate in the Bid(s) unless they clear their dues along with penalties or fulfill their contractual obligations with TCP before opening of the bids. Detailed requirements are
indicated in the Tender Document containing tender's terms & conditions.
6. TCP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per PPR-2004.
