Fast Rural Development Program (FRDP) is a non-profit and nongovernmental organization, working in the underprivileged areas of Sindh, Pakistan since 2007. FRDP in collaboration with the technical partner Care International Pakistan support to flood affected area in
Dadu District with financial support by DEC-II. FRDP is inviting bids from the registered, qualified and experienced suppliers/vendors for supply of Schools Bags in Meher/Dadu, Sindh.

Terms & Conditions:
All offered materials/products according to national/international
standards such as ISO and Pakistan Stan ards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA). The Contracting Authority holds the right to change quantities and slight changes to the technical specifications of all or any item and will inform well in time.
The origin and brand of all items needs to be indicated in the offer.
The tender documents can be collected from FRDP Head Office, House No B-108 HDA Extension North Behind City School Qasimabad Hyderabad during office hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) Monday to Saturday or can be downloaded from FRDP website https://frdp.org.pk/tenders/ Sealed tenders should reach at FRDP Head Office Hyderabad on or before August 01, 2024 till 05:00 PM Tenders will be opened on August 02, 2024 at 10:30 AM at FRDP Head Office Hyderabad in the presence of donor and suppliers or their
representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening.
The Supplier must quote only one option for each item. Bids received with more than one options and rates may be rejected.
Samples must be provided at the time of bid submission, bid without sample may be rejected.
Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers.
Lowest price will not be the sole criteria; quality, previous experience and timely delivery will also be considered. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance
guarantee @ 5% of the contract value in the form of CDR/Pay-order.
