Khushal Khan Khattak University Karak, invites sealed technical and financial
proposals from reputed firms, for Supervision of Ongoing Construction Works
Under The Project “Construction of Main Campus of Khushal Khan Khattak
- University Karak”
- TERMS& CONDITIONS ARE AS UNDER?—
1. Valid and active income tax certificate/registratTon, NTN #.
2. Active Registration with KPRA.
3. Valid Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2024-
2025.
4. Valid registration with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) strictly in light of KPPRA notification No. KPPRA/M&E/PCATP8 9/2021-22 issued dated 15-02-2022.
5. The selection of a firm will be based on Quality- cum- Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the procedure/criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) document.
6. Audited Statements of Accounts and Annual Turnover for the last three years.
7. Affidavit that the Firm is Not Blacklisted from any Government/Semi Government Agency/Department/NGO in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
8. Affidavit that the Firm DOESN’T have any Litigation History in which a Decision has been given against the firm(s).
9. Request for proposal documents, containing detailed TORs and other general terms and conditions, are available on payment of Rs.. 2000/- (nonr efundable)from the office of Project Engineer, CMC KKKU Karak.
10.Sealed Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted in two separate envelopes placed and sealed in a single large envelope up to 20th June 2025 till 10:30 A.M and reach through courier in the office of the Project Engineer KKKUK. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day, i.e. 20th June 2025, at 11:00 A.M in the Conference Hall of KKKU Karak, in the presence of the bidders or their authorised representatives who would like to be present. The Financial proposals of only those firms will be opened on a subsequent date, who are declared technically qualified for participation in the financial proposals in the presence of technically qualified bidders or their authorised representatives who would like to be present.
11 A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 12th June 2025 at 11:00 A.M. in the Conference Hall of the KKKU Karak regarding any clarifications/queries of prospective firms.
12.The proposals received after due date and time will not be considered. The University reserves the right to cancel all proposals or a part thereof, as per KPPRA Rules.
