TENDER NOTICE
The Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Yazman, District Bahawalpur, invites sealed bids
from interested Pharmacies (in case of medicine items Form-9) and pharmacies
/Distributors/ Sole distributers (in case of dialysis items) of good repute with financially
sound background having a valid Drug sale license for supply of drugs/medicines/surgical/Disposables items and Dialysis unit Medicine/items for Framework rate contract of Local purchase of Medicines/Disposable/Surgical items and Dialysis unit Medicine/items for the financial year 2024-2025. The details of specifications are given in biding documents.

Local purchase of medicines/ disposables/surgical L.P/ Sehat Sahulat Program medicines / Zakat Medicine (Framework rate contract) Purchase of dialysis unit Medicine /items

1. Separate Bids will be given for Local purchase of medicines/ disposables/surgical, and
Dialysis items on the basis of following pattern.
I. National Companies' Medicine (Maximum discount from retail price).
II. Multinational Companies' Medicine (Maximum discount from retail price).
III. Surgical and Disposable items (Maximum discount from retail price)
IV. Dialysis unit Medicine/items (Item vise rate against each item in the list).

2. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) procedures specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended till date) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document.

3. Interested eligible bidders, who are active tax payer and having valid drug sale licence, may obtain bidding documents and further information from the office of undersigned on submission of written application along with payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only). Bidding documents are available till 05-08-2024 up to 10:00 am.

4. Bidding documents are also available on Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority
(PPRA) Website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

5. Sealed Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 01:30 PM, on 05-08-2024
and must be accompanied by a Bid Security (2 % of estimated cost) valid for 120 days
as mentioned above in the form of CDR/bank draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan
in favour of "MS THQ Hospital Yazman".

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder or his representative who choose to attend at 02:00 PM in OFFICE OF MS THO HOSPITAL YAZMAN, on 05-08-2024.

7. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are
expected.

8. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but shall not be required to justify those
grounds.

9. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN registration certificate
must be provided.
