REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
FOR SELECTION OF PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT
The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training is implementing World Bank's
funded Program Action to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive
Education Program (ASPIRE). A Project Coordination Unit (PCU) has already been
established by the Ministry which will provide guidance on, and oversight to, the overall
implementation and performance of the program. The Ministry required services of the
following Individual Consultant positions, along with 2-interns who shall be rendering
services as a key project staff in the PCU.
1. YPO Young Professional Officer (Implementation & Coordination)
2. 2-Interns.Detailed qualification and experience, scope of the services and TORs are available on the website of Ministry of Federal Education and Professional training at http://www.mofept.gov.pk Interested Individuals, meeting the eligibility and qualification criteria as mentioned in TORs, may submit their Expression of Interest through a Cover Letter duly indicating the position along with CV, supporting documents, and expected monthly remuneration at the address mentioned below latest by 31st July, 2024 during office hours in person or by e-mail at the address mentioned below.
The selected candidates will be offered market-based remuneration and will be
employed initially for a period of one year.
The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage without
assigning any reason.

2. Only shortlisted candidates on the basis of eligibility criteria will be called for interview. No TADA will be paid for interview.
3. Age will be counted up-to closing date fixed for receipt of applications.
4. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any
stage without assigning any reason.
5. The candidates called for interview will have to bring original documents along with
attested copies of testimonials/ experience Certificate.
6. Application should be submitted online within fifteen (15) days of publication of this
advertisement.
7. Fresh Graduates having bachelor's degree in any discipline are encouraged to apply.
