EVALUATORS FOR 3 YEARS
Pakistan Railways has prime land holdings located across its network. As part of an effort to
financially leverage valuable assets and also to upgrade our passenger/employee related
facilities with the intent to develop real estate projects by leasing/licensing & concessioning
arrangements on medium- and long-term basis.
Railways Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited (REDAMCO) a subsidiary of Ministry of Railways (MoR), Government of Pakistan has been mandated to achieve these objectives.
REDAMCO invites pre-qualification of State Bank (Category A) and Banking Council accredited evaluators (Panel 01, 02 & 03) for 3 years, for valuation/assessment of the assets.

The evaluator who are already pre-qualified, need not to apply afresh. Complete pre-qualification application along with Pay Order / Demand Draft of PKR 5,000
(Non refundable) in favor of Railways Estate Development And Marketing Company (Pvt)
Limited in sealed envelope shall be submitted at address given below on or before 30* July
2024 till 11:00 Hours.
