INVITATION TO BID TENDER NOTICE
FOR HIRING THE SERVICES OF TRANSPORTERS FOR
TRANSPORTATION OF STOCK OF SUGAR FROM SUGAR MILLS TO
WAREHOUSE OF USCP ZONES/REGIONS THROUGH E-PADS
USCP invites bids from the financially sound, strong, stable transport companies, firms, organizations, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and are in the active taxpayers' list of the FBR at the time of opening of bids and having minimum / at least three years' relevant experience, for the transportation of stock of sugar to be lifted from Sugar Mills/ Pepri Godown/KPT/Port Qasim Karachi and other godowns to USC Regions as and when required basis.

Sealed bids offer is invited under Rule 36 (b) "single stage two envelope of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, for the transportation of stock of sugar through
E-PADS. Sealed bid should be submitted electronically only through E-PADS. Manual submission of bids is not allowed.

Electronic bidding documents, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for the registered bidders on E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk

The electronic bidding documents prepared in accordance with the instructions in bidding document, must be submitted by using E-PADS on or before 31-07-2024 at 12:00 PM which will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM through E-PADS. Manual bids, shall not be accepted.

In case of opening of bids falls on local/national holiday, the date of bid closing/opening shall be the next working day on the same time and venue. All interested bidders must register themselves at E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk Bids which are incomplete/not sealed/not signed/not stamped/late or submitted by other than specified mode will be rejected.

The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bid on lump sum contract basis region wise. Bidding/Tender documents along with terms and conditions for bidding can be obtained electronically and can be downloaded from USCP website, i.e, www.usc.org.pk as well as E- PADS website www.eprocure.gov.pk. The tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be submitted before opening of bid in the USCP Head office in the shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft in lieu of provision of bidding documents.

An affidavit on legal stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- to the effect that the bidder has not been blacklisted by any Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Organization and there is no litigation lying pending adjudication in any Court of Law. For more information and queries, please contact the undersigned.
