TENDER NOTICE
Tenders are invited for 4 Billion Dollar Gala Celebrating Sustainable
Success event, as per detail given below:-
4 Billion Dollar Gala Celebrating Sustainable Success
The terms and condition are as under:-
1. Interested Firms / Supplier are invited to submit Single Stage Single Envelop bid under PPRA Rules.
2. Bids should be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Please Note: Manual submission of bid without E-PADS is NOT allowed
3. Tender Fee is Rs. 10,000/- payable to Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan in Shape of CDR/ Pay order.
4. The tenders will be opened in the office in the presence of bidders and the members of Purchase committee on 27-07-2024 at 1:00 PM.
5. The Firms must be registered in Income Tax Department; Certificate must be attached with the tender form.
6. Every firms will submit and affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 300/- declaring that the firm is not defaulter, Black listed, disqualified from any Govt. Department.
7.The bidders must attach Bid Security of Rs. 200,000 in form of CDR/ Pay order in the name of Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan.
8. The Successful tender holder has to deposit CDR/Pay order @ 5% as security of Contract Amount as performance security.
