Sealed tenders with 02% of the total quoted value, as call deposit in the form of bank draft (cross cheque not acceptable) in favour of head LAO, PO Box No.1590, Islamabad are invited from the firms registered with sales tax department for GST for the purchase of following items of NORI, Islamabad, Pakistan.

1. Purchase of Miscellaneous kits and consumables for Path Lab

2. Purchase of Miscellaneous kits and consumables for Hematology Lab.

3. Purchase of Miscellaneous kits and consumables for Histopathology Lab.

4. Purchase of Miscellaneous kits and consumables for PCR Lab.

5. Purchase of Miscellaneous X-Ray films

6. Purchase of general medicines and Miscellaneous surgical items

7. Purchase of Miscellaneous items repair/maintenance of equipment and building etc.

8. Purchase of Miscellaneous stationary, cleanliness and, general items

9. Printing of Miscellaneous stationary and general items

10. Free Placement of Fully Automated Hematology Analyzer (Brand New) on Rental Basis and purchase of their kits and consumables

11. Free Placement of POCone UBT Analyzer (Brand New) and purchase of their kits and consumables

12. Purchase of Miscellaneous I.T. Items from approved suppliers for I.T. Equipments.

02. Details specification of the tender can be obtained from the office of the undersigned up to 27-07-2024 on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- (Each Tender).

03. Tenders will be received up to above mentioned dates at 11:00 hours and will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours in the presence of competitors, in the office of the undersigned. Tenders must be accompanied with earnest money. The tenders not supported with earnest money will not be entertained. The black listed firms cannot participate in the tender.
