Pha Lahore Tender Notice

TENDER NOTICE Sealed tenders from well reputed register firm/nurseries having good experiences, Financial Position, NTN Number, Infrastructure, Profile etc in the above said works are hereby invited for the following work:- SUPPLY OF PLANTS FOR HORTICULTURE RENOVATION/ DEVELOPMENT WORKS AT QADDAF ROUNDABOUT & MAIN MARKET GULBERG PHA LAHORE. CONDITIONS:- 1. The tenders can be obtained from office of undersigned on payment of tender fee. Tenders will be received till 10:00 AM on 08-12-2023. 2. Tender will be made on single stage (single envelope). 3. No tender will be issued/ entertained without providing 2% earnest money of the estimated cost in shape of CDR/ pay-order the favour of PHA Lahore. The tenders will be opened by the constituted committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative at 10:30 AM on 08-12-2023 in the office of the undersigned. 4. After the stipulated time no tender will be issued/ entertained 5. In case the bid is less than 5% from estimated cost, the bidder will have to deposit performance security at the time of award of work from a scheduled bank as per rule/policy. The amount of performance security should not be less than the estimated cost and will be released after the successful completion of work and for non-completion the CDR/ pay-order will be forfeited in favour of PHA. 6. The procurement shall be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rule 2014, on single stage (single envelope). 7. No application will be entertained through post/courier for issuance of tender. 8. The procuring authority may reject all bids or proposals at any time on the basis of the evaluation criteria / non-completion of codal formalities prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. 9. Further details can be had from office of the undersigned. 10. Any other detail, not in consistent with these rules that the procuring agency have the right may deem necessary.
