1. Bacha Khan University Charsadda invites sealed bids for the following item from the authorized dealer/authorized firms/authorized supplier registered with income tax and sales tax departments and who are on active tax payer list of FBR. Bids must be submitted as per PPRA/KPPRA rules on single stage single envelops procedure.
Semester Continuation Sheets call deposit/ bank draft drawn in Degree Folders favor of Treasurer BKUC

2. Interested Bidders can obtain Bidding Documents containing terms and conditions etc from the procurement office of the Bacha Khan University Charsadda, against the payment of Rs. 2000/- (Non-Refundable) through pay order/ online payment in the name of Treasurer Bacha Khan University Charsadda Account title Fee Collection Bacha Khan University A/C No.2006259998, Branch Code:0088, Name: Bank of Khyber Sardehri Charsadda.

3. Dully filled complete Bidding Documents must reach to the Procurement Office on or before Dated: 03/ 07/2024 at 11:00 am. The bid shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the office of the Treasurer in the presence of the suppliers or their authorized
representatives.

4.Tenderes shall not be entertained if received incomplete, conditional and submitted after the deadline. The competent authority reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Bids with cogent reason 5.
