OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE DOLPHIN SQUAD, LAHORE PH: 042-99332275-6 INVITATION FOR BIDS "SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF INTERNAL SIGN BOARDS IN DOLPHIN HEADQUARTER WALTON ROAD LAHORE. Office of the Superintendent of Police Dolphin Squad, Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the "Supply and Installation of Internal Sign Boards in Dolphin Headquarter Walton Road, Lahore. 2. Interested eligible bidders can obtain the Bidding Documents containing details, quantities and terms & conditions from the Office of SP Dolphin Headquarter Walton Road, Lahore. There is no tender fee. However, the original bid security must be attached with the technical bid, as mentioned in the bidding document. 3. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure, as per Rule 38(2) (a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The envelopes shall be marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL." and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" in bold and legible letters in separate envelopes. 4. Sealed Bids are required to be submitted by interested bidders on 11th December, 2023, till 12:00 PM in the office of SP Dolphin Headquarter Walton Road, Lahore. The Bids received till the stipulated date and time shall be opened on same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the representative of the firms who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be entertained. NOTE: The procurement shall be conducted as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
