AUCTION NOTICE
Dated: 30-05-2024

Auction of rights regarding Taxes/Fees/Rates of Town Municipal Corporation HM Khoja Nawabshah for the financial year 2024- 2025 (01-07-2024 to 30-06-2025) will be conducted in the office Town Municipal Corporation HM Khoja on dated 25-06-2024, 11.00 am. 2nd attempt 27-06-2024 11:00 am 3rd attempt 28-06-2024, 11:00 am.

The detail of Tax, Fee terms and condition for participants in open auction are mentioned below.

1. Kind of Tax/Fee
2. Parking Fee
3. Sign Board Fee
4. Hording Board Fee
5. Sun Shades Fee
6. Katcha Piri Fee
7. Registration Fee
8. Trade License Fee
9. Generator Fee

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Auction proceeding will be made under Sindh Local Council Rule 2016 as well as Guideline from the Government.
2. Defaulter / Black list from any council will not be eligible to take part in Auction.

3. The Interested participants will submit documents as under.

• Application
• CNIC copy
• NTN copy (FBR)
• SRB copy Bank Statement of last 03 years

4. Applications received before the Auction day on dated: 24-06-2024 upto 03.00 pm.

5. Incomplete applications will be rejected and informed accordingly.

6. That the participate who invite to take a part in open Auction here to deposit 10% of the official Bid as Security deposit in favour of Chairman Town Municipal Corporation HM Khoja Nawabshah.

7. All interested participants in the auction proceeding 2024-25 they are advised to submit a copy of NTN (FBR), (SRB) Certificate along with their company I firm register deed unconditional will not be acceptable.

8. The Income tax & sale tax will be deposited in advance as per income tax rule.

9. The Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) Tax will be deposit in Advances as per SRB Rules.

10. The Highest bidders will submit 12 bank cheques on the basis of guarantee one of which equal to contract amount and remaining will be monthly installments.

11. The detail ofterms and condition can be seen in the office of Taxation Officer Town Municipal Corporation HM Khoja Nawabshah any working day during hours.

12. The authority reserves the right to accept / reject bid in the right of relevant provision of contract rule 1979.

13. The all highest bidders will be required to enter into an agreement with competent authority on stamp paper at the rate of Rs: 033 paisa per hundred in accordance with the terms and condition of Sindh Local Council in case of non-agreement the possession of contract will not be handed over to the contractor and his offered bid will be rejected, otherwise his security deposit will be for feited.

14. In the absence of Chairman Auction Committee or any holidays the Auction will be open in the next day.

INVITATION TO OBJECTION / SUGGESTIONS
Sindh Local Government Act 2013, read with Sindh Local Council (imposition Assessment Collection and Administration of Taxes, Rates, Toll and Fees) Rule 2016 the Town Municipal Corporation HM Khoja Nawabshah intends to increase its Taxation revenue by reviewing exiting rate of Taxes / Fee detail of which can be seen in the Office of Taxation Officer Town Municipal Corporation HM Khoja Nawabshah on any working day during office hours.

As per Rules objection / suggestion from all interested parties / citizens regarding the revised (sanction) taxation Schedule are invited within fifteen days (15) from the publication of this suggestion notice.

The objection / suggestion it any may be furnish to the in charge committee for the amendments schedule on or before fifteen days (15) which will be considered and approved in the wider interest of Council exchequer and after approval the amendment tax schedule will be published in the official gazette.

The suggestion received after date will not be entertained.
