NOTICE INVITING TENDER

MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE RATODERO invites sealed bids from the eligible Manufactures / companies for the procurement of the following supplying items/repair works under single stage, one envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules, 2010 (amended up to date).

Description (details as per bidding documents)

Fire Brigade Large Size complete unit with all accessories.

Mini Dumber 1.5 Cube Meter mounted 97() to 1000 CC (Suzuki Pickup Hydraulic S stem).

ME 240 Tractors with trolley as Hydraulic System.

MF 385 Tractors with Beco & Bucket

Stair Vehicle Me a Suzuki Pickup

Garbage Containers for Arm Roll

Eligibility: Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category CB, ME-5 & ME-6 (except works costing up to Rs.4.000 million).

Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Filer or Non-Filer status/(NTN).

Valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB).

Required Bid Security (5%) must be provided in the shape of Call Deposit.

Performance Security 1096 will be provided by successful bidder.

Bid should be signed, named & stamped by the authorized person of the firm along with authorization letter.

Experience in similar nature of work(s) executed during the last five years.

i. At least one similar nature of working having minimum cost 80% of the estimated cost of the work or at least two similar nature of works each having minimum cost 5096 of the estimated coast Average Annual Financial Turn-over not less than equivalent cost of the scheme/project during last five years.

Bidding/ Tender Documents:

Issuance: Documents will be issued from 07-06-2024 to 24-06-2024 subject to placation of NIT in the newspapers & hoisting on SPPRA Website: www.ppms.pprasindh.gov.pk.

Submission: Last date will be 25-06-2024 up to 1:00 pm.

Opening: will be opened on 25-06-2024 at 2:00 pm.

Venue: Municipal Committee Ratodero Taluka Ratodero District Larkano.

UN-responded tenders will be again issued / submitted/opened on following dates.

2nd Attempt: Issue date from  26-06-2024 to 10-07-2024.

Submission date: 11-07-2024 at 1:00 pm

Opening date: 11-07-2024 at 2:00 pm

Bid Validity period (90) days.

Terms & Conditions:

a. Under following conditions bid will be rejected:-

Conditional, In-complete and telegraphic bids/tenders.

Bids not accompanied by bid security and form.

Bids received after specified date and time.

Bids of black listed firms.

If the undersigned or any member of the Procurement Committee remains out of head quarter on date of opening of tenders, the same will be opened on the next working day at the same time as mentioned above.

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all the bids in terms of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended up to date).
