INVITATION ANNUAL QUOTATION / BIDS FOR PROCUREMENTS OF GOODS WORKS & SERVICES

Sealed Quotations as per SPPRA Rule-2010 (Amended-2019) are hereby invited in Single Stage Single Envelope method from the interested Persons / Suppliers / Contractors / Firms for Procurements of Goods Works & Services for the year 2024-25.

1. Bidding documents for National Competitive Bidding of Pakistan along with lists / schedule of prices of required Procurements of Goods Works & Services Materials/Job work etc, (as detailed below) will be issued upto 24-06-2024 office working hours and received back on 25-06-2024 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day i.e. 25-06-2024 at 12:00 Noon, by the Procurement Committee in the presence of Contractors / Agencies or their authorized representatives in the Office of the Executive Engineer Kandhkot Division Garhi Hassan Sarki.

1. Procurement of Goods and Services of Abkalani Material along Desert Canal System Vile 36 to 69 & Fall Garhi Hassan System RD-0 to 144 and Its Off Taking Channels for the Year 2024-2025
2. BIDDING DOCUMENTS FEE: 5,000
3. CALL DEPOSIT/ BID SECURITY: 1,000,000
4. REMARKS: Details are available in the office of the undersigned & can be obtained at any working days in office hours,

2. The Bidding Documents should be supported with a Bid Security in the Shape of Call Deposit Only Shown against above work in the name of Executive Engineer Kandhkot Division Garhi Hassan Sarki of any Schedule Bank.

3. The Publication of NIT / QUOTATION in Newspaper or Hoisting on the SPPRA Website or Downloaded Bidding Documents from SPPRA's Website.

4. Bidding Documents Fees (Non-Refundable) of above work and no Bid should be entertained without call Deposit / Bid security.

5. The Rates quoted shall remain valid and effective upto 30th June 2025 for Annual Procurement of Materials Goods works.

6. The conditional Bids/Quotation will not be entertained.

7. The contractors whose rates will be found lowest / approved will also be bound to supply the material for O&M / M&R Works at site as and when required order issued by the under signed during the financial years 2024-25.

8. The Rates quoted must inclusive of all taxes of prevailing rates in vogue.

9. The Bidders must be registered with relevant provincial and federal tax authorities i.e. PEC 2024-25, FBR & SRB and they should produce such certificate / documents with the application along with CNIC#: Affidavit that Firm has never been blacklisted.

10. The Electronic postage Bids/Quotations is not accepted.

11. Procuring Agency may reject any or all the Bids/Quotations under the provision of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended-2019).
