NOTICE INVITING TENDER
1. Port Qasim Authority (PQA) invites sealed tenders from contractors / firms registered with FBR Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board active in Tax Payer List for running and maintenance of Canteen / Restaurant situated at temporary Truck Parking Area in South Western Industrial Zone, Port Qasim Authority, Karachi.
2. Biding documents containing terms & conditions of the tender may be collected from the office of the Director (Industrial Management) Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi upon payment of a non-refundable bid documents fee of Rs. 1,0001-(Rupees one thousand only) in the shape of pay order from a scheduled bank located in Karachi in favor of "Port Qasim Authority" on any working day during office hoursThe bidding documents may be downloaded (free of cost) from PQA and PPRA websites.
3. The Tender / Bid shall be submitted as per a Single Stage- One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, comprising of a single envelope containing "Financial Proposal". Each page of the tender shall be signed & stamped.
4. Interested contractors / firms are requested to submit their bids complete in all respects in the Office of Director (Industrial Management), Port Qasim Authority, BinQasim, Karachi by 11:30 hours on 25th day of June, 2024 alongwith a bid security of Rs. 300,000/- (Rupees three hundred thousand only) in shape of Pay Order from a scheduled bank having AA rating located at Karachi in favour of Port Qasim Authority. The bid shall be opened on the same date at 12:30 hours in presence of bidders who wish to attend. Bids without bid security shall be rejected.
5. Port Qasim Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained in this regard. Authority's decision in this respect shall be final and binding upon all bidders.
