TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from the contractors/ firms registered with Pakistan Engineering
Council under relevant Financial Limit (C6 & above) Specialized Code EE-04 on percentage
above or below basis on Pak. PWD schedule of Rates 2022, who possess valid renewal with
PEC for the following work on 28.5.2024 which should reach in the office of the undersigned
up to 11.00 A.M and will be opened on same day at 11.30 AM in the presence of participants
or their authorized representatives. The tender documents can be purchased up to 27.5.2024
from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours on payment of
tender cost (non-refundable) given below

Tender should accompany bid security in the shape of deposit at call equal to under
mentioned amount in below column from any schedule bank of Pakistan in favour of Executive Engineer, Central E/M Division No. 1 PAK PWD Islamabad necessary documents v.iz affidavit showing sole Proprietorship / Partnership deed power of attorney, valid electrical license issued by Electrical Inspector for the year 2023-24, Active Tax Payer (ATL) copy of CNIC shall be produced at the time of purchase of tender and an affidavit on judicial paper worth Rs.50 in original and in the same date as the submission of application to the effect that the contractor/ firm is not in any dispute/ litigation and black listing with any government department is a prerequisite for issuance of tenders. In case of Public holiday bids will opened
on next working day.

hours.

Terms and Conditions
1. Tender documents shall not be sold by Post/Telegraphically, telex or email and will not be
issued on the date of opening of tenders.

2.The tender received by post/ telegraphically or without valid call deposit or received after
due date and time will not be entertained

3. The bidder must visit the site of work before quoting their rates in the schedule of prices.

4. Tender will only, be issued to the owner of the firm or his authorized representative having
legal power of attorney registered with first class magistrate for the work especially,
General Power of attorney acceptable.
Under rule 33(1) of PPRA Rule 2004, undersigned reserve the right to accept or reject all
bids/tenders any time prior to bid /tender.
Un-contested tender will be issued up to dated 27.5.2024 and will be opened on 30.5.2024.
