PUBLIC HOUSING SCHEME REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Karachi development Authority (KDA) through Public Housing Scheme (PHS) is launching two Residential Projects to provide quality and affordable Apartments/residential units along with allied amenities, to serve less privileged communities, in view of successful launching of such projects in the past. KDA is desirous of hiring services of reputed Developers/ Constructors to develop/construct 01 Tower (B+ G+13) 48 Apartments, over construction area of 152,040 Sq. Ft. at KDA Scheme No. 1 and another Residential Project comprising of 08 Towers (G+4) 464 Apartments over construction area of 372,300 Sq. Ft. Peoples Sky View Tower at FL-4, Sector 7-B, Scheme 41, Surjani Town Karachi on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules- 2010 (amended till date) The sealed bids, Technical & Financial are invited from interested bidders having valid registration/enlistment with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in CA or CB Category may apply.

The detail evaluation criteria, terms of reference, scope of work and specifications can be reviewed in the Request for Proposal document which can be purchased from the office of undersigned through non- refundable payment of Rs. 10,000/- in form of pay order in favor of Karachi Development Authority during working hours till October 14, 2024.

Interested bidders may submit their Request for proposal document along with bid security equivalent to 2% of bid price in the form of Bank Guarantee, on Bid Security form or in the form of deposit at call or pay order from Scheduled Bank of State Bank of Pakistan in favor of Karachi Development Authority at the office of undersigned on or before 11:30 Hrs, on October 15, 2024. Bids will be opened at 12:30 Hrs. on same day, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. PHS, KDA reserves the right to accept or reject all/ any bid (s) whatsoever, without assigning any reason there-off.
