NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
Procuring Agency invites sealed bids on bidding document in Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure / Method from all the interested bidders
under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended up to date) for the following work
Cleaning & Janitorial Services
Cost of Bidding Documents Rs.3,000/-
GOR-I, Bath Island Karachi.
PROGRAMME FOR ISSUE/RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDERS
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Contract documents and other terms and conditions can be seen and blank tenders can be issued or downloaded from the official website of SPPRA. The Tenders fee amount to Rs.3000/- and the Bid Security 2% of bid amount in the form of Deposit at Call or Pay Order or Demand Draft or a Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division-I, Karachi should be attached with the Bid / Tenders. Otherwise such tenders will not be entertained.

2. Tender will be submitted in the sealed envelope by hand or through registered mail to: - Office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division No. I, Karachi, Barrack No. 18, Block 4-A, Sindh Secretariat, Court Road, Saddar Karachi.

3. Bid Validity Period 90-Days.

4. The Procurement Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended up to date).

5. Undertaking on Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- containing that: (Mandatory). Firm is not involved in Departmental rift, abandoned or unnecessary delay in completion of any work in the Government and as well as in Private Organizations. List of litigation (if any) their nature and status / outcomes. Affidavits to the effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true and correct.
 

ELIGIBILITY:
Detail eligibility criteria / conditions are attached / available with the bidding documents.
Five years of Experience in the similar type of works. Annual Financial Turn-over must be equal as per estimated cost or above for the last three financial years.
Registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and Copy of CNIC.
List of works in hand / completed indicating cost of each work and copy of letter of award of work of last three years with minimum two projects of similar nature
Certificate of Bank showing credit worthiness along with Bank Statement last 01 Year. Conditional or incomplete tenders will summarily be rejected.
Each page of the Bid Document & Profile of firm must be paginated, signed & stamped by Bidder.
Any information regarding the project can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
In case Government announce any public holiday on scheduled dates/ strike or due to any untoward incident, the tender will be submitted/opened on the next working day with same time of submission and opening.
