RWMC invites sealed bids from well reputed Manufacturers/Firms/Companies/ Authorized
distributors registered with Income Tax Department for the Framework Contracts of the
following:

Interested potential bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Office RWMC and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 09:00 to 15:00 Hours. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost mentioned in the bidding documents. The bidding
document, in the English language, may be purchased by the interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Pak Rs. 1,000/- for each serial number immediately from the publication of this Advertisement. The bid shall be submitted at the address given below at 11:00 Hours on the dates mentioned above or 15 days after the publication of this advertisement, whichever is later shall be considered. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below on prescribed date and time as stated above. M/s Rawalpindi Waste Management Company will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and delivery of Bids.
