TENDER NOTICE
Hiring of Security Guard Services for Nationwide Locations of First Women Bank Ltd. (FWBL) intends to hire the services of security companies for its Pan Pakistan locations (Branches, Regional Offices & FWBL Head Office). The security companies should have a good reputation in the financial services market, with a strong setup, sound financial background, effective recruitment and verification procedures, and should be licensed to operate in the Federal Capital, the four provinces, and the Northern Areas of Pakistan.

Instructions to Bidder
1.Bidding documents can be obtained from General Services Department from the given address, after deposit of Rs. 3,000/- (Non-Refundable) in the form of PO/DD in the name of First Women Bank Limited.

2. Sealed bids should be submitted in the Tender Box placed at the reception area, FWBL Head Office, GF-II (detailed address also mentioned below), on or before Monday, 14th October, 2024 by 11:00 AM.

3.Bids will be opened the same day, i.e. Monday, 14th October, 2024 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bank-authorized representatives and bidders who wish to attend.

4.The envelope should bear the phrase "Bid for Guard Services - First Women Bank Limited, Pan Pakistan Locations".

5. Work details & other related information has already been mentioned in tender documents.

6.The tender is also uploaded on PPRA & FWBL websites: www.fwbl.com.pk

7.FWBL reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
