Facility Specifications:

The facility will house two production lines with the following capacities: First production Line: 6000 vials per batch (10ml vials with fill volume of 1-2ml).

Second production line: 10000 vials per batch (10ml vials with fill volume of 5-10ml).

Scope of Work: The EPC contract shall include but is not limit to: Complete clean room design and construction. Independent HVAC & filtration systems. Provision and installation of all utilities as per requirements & regulatory standards. 02 truck entry gate for emergency handling. Equipment procurement and installation. Validation, qualification and commissioning. Compliance with CGMP (WHO and DRAP regulatory standards. Experienced EPC firms with a proven track record in clean room development are encouraged to apply.
