RAILWAY ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING COMPANY (Pvt) LTD (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites Sealed Bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for grant of Lease Rights for Design, Finance, Built, Operate and, Transfer (DFBOT Model) of Modern Retail Complex (Fuel Station with Allied Facilities, EV Charging Station, International/National Food Chain Outlets, Convenience Store/ Mart and Pharmacy). Bidders shall quote offers against the Benchmark of One-Time Non-Refundable Commitment Fee and Annual Rent, as per the following Terms and Conditions:-
