WELT HUNGER HILFE Tender Notice Research Development Foundation (RDF) is a not for profit and non-governmental organization. RDF is currently implementing various projects in different districts of Sindh Province. Welt hunger hilfe (WHH), founded in 1962 under the auspices of the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), is one of the first global initiatives aimed at eliminating hunger and today one of the biggest aid agencies in Germany. RDF has partnered with Welt hunger hilfe (WHH-an International NGO) to implement project Urban Food Production and Supply for the Urban Poor Households in Slum Areas of Hyderabad, Sindh Pakistan. RDF is inviting qualified and experiences suppliers for the supply by the Contractor of the following items: • Seeds for Micro Gardening for 800 HH's • Soil & Fertilizer for Micro Gardening for 800 HH's • Tools for Micro Gardening for 800 HH's Terms and Conditions: 1. Vendors / Supplier must be registered with FBR (SRB Preferred). All Taxes will be deducted as per Government law. 2. The tender documents can be collected from RDF Head Office at House#A-50 Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society, Qasimabad, Hyderabad during office hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) Monday to Friday. Not later than 08 December-2023 till 02:00 PM. The tender pack can also be availed by sending an email at procurement.rdfhyd@gmail.com Sealed tenders should reach at RDF Head Office on or before 08-December, 2023 till 02:00 PM and should be clearly marked "TENDER". Tenders will be opened on (December-08-2023 at 03:30 PM) in the presence of suppliers or their representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening. 4. The Supplier must quote only one option for each item. Bids re- ceived with more than one options and rates may be rejected. Tender committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. 6. Service providers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently black listed 7. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria; quality, previous experience and timely delivery will also be considered.
