Project Overview: Human Development Foundation Pakistan is a non-profit organization registered under section 42 of Companies Act, 2017. HDF invites sealed bids from experienced and qualified contractors for the construction of school building in Village Gurdas Kallay – District Mardan. The project involves all necessary civil work, including structural construction and other associated works.

Scope of Work:

Construction of school building facility which includes:

• Foundation, structural, and finishing work.

• Site preparation and landscaping where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Registered contractors with the relevant authorities, valid PEC Certificate up to Cat-C3.

• Proven track record of similar construction or similar projects.

• Compliance with local safety standards / codes.

• Availability of skilled manpower and resources to complete the project on time.

Tender Submission Details:

• Tender Closing Date: 28-Jan-2026.

• Queries: To be answered by 26-Jan-2026 by 03:00pm. (Queries sent on off days will be answered on following working day).

Documents Required:

• Company profile with registration details.

• Proof of experience in similar projects.

• Financial statement for the last three years.

• Detailed project proposal and work schedule with timeline.

• Earnest Money Deposit (Refundable): Equivalent to 5% of bid value in shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft should be attached with proposal.

Interested contractors may obtain the tender documents from the undersigned during office hours from 15-Jan-2026 till 23-Jan-2026 except Saturday and Sunday.
