INVITATION FOR TENDER

The Coca-Cola Export Corporation - Pakistan Branch Meinhardt

1. Project Overview: The Coca-Cola Export Corporation-Pakistan Branch intends to construct a Warehouse Building, Central Utility Building, Security Office Blocks, Associated Infrastructure Works, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Works. The Bidding process will be carried out adopting the "Single Stage Two Envelope" procedure.

Tender Schedule & Details

Eligibility Criteria:

• PEC Registration: Bidders must be registered with PEC in Category C-A and having specialization Codes of CE-10, BC01(i)(ii)(iii), ME-01, ME-02, ME-03, EE-04. Registration must be valid for the year 2025-2026.

• Experience: Bidders must have completed at least Two industrial/warehouse projects of similar nature and complexity in the last 10 years (Each of 10,000 sq m covered area including Civil/MEP Works) with any Authority, Government, or Private sector. (Experience as a Sub-Contractor will not be considered).

• Financial Status:

  • Must provide Financial Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet of the Last (03) Years duly audited by a Chartered Accountant.

  • Average Annual construction turnover of last three years must be 3000 million.

  • Must have financial soundness to organize performance guarantees from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.

• Production Facility: The bidder must have an owned and operational PEB/Steel production facility with average annual production exceeding 20,000 tons.

• Technical Capability: Extensive experience in executing industrial/warehouse projects involving specialized MEP works.

• LEED Preference: Preference will be given to bidders having completed a LEED certified industrial project.

• Legal Status: Valid NTN Certificate. Not blacklisted by any Government/Private Organization.

2. Bid Security: The bidders must enclose the bid security in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit Receipt / Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank in the name of "The Coca-Cola Export Corporation Pakistan Branch" along-with Financial Bid.

3. Obtaining Documents: Bidders may obtain further information and bidding documents from the office of Meinhardt Head Office 4th Floor, Plot # 14-D West, Feroze Center, AKM Fazl-ul-Haq Rd, G-6/2 Blue Area, Islamabad.

4. Document Fee: A complete set of bidding documents (including Drawing) may be purchased upon submission of a written application along with a copy of valid PEC registration certificate and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) in cash.

5. Selection Criteria: The selection will be based on quality cum cost-based selection criteria.
