OPEN PUBLIC AUCTION OF RAILWAY LANDS

Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways, Lahore.

Introduction: Pakistan Railways Lahore Division intends to offer different sizes of Railway land to be auctioned on different locations/stations for various purposes i.e. Shops, Godowns, Cultivation etc. on different dates as given below. All interested parties are invited to participate in the auction of under mentioned Railway land except government employees. Railway defaulters and those who have filed court cases against Railways are not eligible. Auction will start w.e.f 17-01-2026.

1. Date: 17-01-2026 (Saturday)

• Place of Auction: DS Office Lahore

• Items (Serial No. 1 - 15):

  • Locations: Near Tajbagh Railway Quarters, Moghalpura, Badami Bagh, Shahdara, Lahore Cantt, Walton Training School, Kot Lakhpat.

  • Purposes: Nursery, Godown, Shops, Bay, New Shops, Restaurant.

2. Date: 19-01-2026 (Monday)

• Place of Auction: DS Office Lahore

• Items (Serial No. 16 - 36):

  • Locations: Khokhar Road, Badami Bagh, Sunder Station, Raiwind, Kot Radha Kishan, Prem Nagar, Manga Mandi, Jia Bagga.

  • Purposes: Godowns, Parking Stands, New Shops, Stacking, Cultivation.

3. Date: 20-01-2026 (Tuesday)

• Place of Auction: Wazirabad (WZD) Station
