• Place of Auction: Kasur (KUS) Station

• Items (Serial No. 254 - 284):

  • Locations: Kanganpur, Basirpur, Mandi Ahmadabad, Usmanwala, Khudian Khas.

  • Purposes: Cultivation, Shops, Model Bazar.

10. Date: 28-01-2026 (Wednesday)

• Place of Auction: Narang (NRNG) Station

• Items (Serial No. 285 - 325):

  • Locations: Narang Station, Mehta Suja, Badomalli.

  • Purposes: Existing Shops (large quantity at Narang), Cultivation, Godowns.

11. Date: 29-01-2026 (Thursday)

• Place of Auction: Raiwind (RND) Station

• Items (Serial No. 326 - 433):

  • Locations: Raiwind, Kot Radha Kishan, Jia Bagga, Prem Nagar, Kana Kacha.

  • Purposes:

    • Shops: Large number of existing shops near Tablighi Markaz Raiwind and Kot Radha Kishan.

    • Nurseries: Multiple nursery plots at Raiwind.

    • Cultivation: Various agricultural plots.

12. Date: 30-01-2026 (Friday)

• Place of Auction: Narowal (NWL) Station

• Items (Serial No. 434 - 447):

  • Locations: Narowal, Domala, Qila Sobha Singh, Pasrur.

  • Purposes: Cultivation, Shops, Cattle Farm.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Objective: The new shops will be auctioned for commercial purposes based on the highest offered bids on annual rent basis plus Premium.

2. Highest Bid: Highest Open Bids will be announced in the presence of participants/bidders by the auction committee.

3. Security Deposit (CDR): Participants must deposit Security Money (Cash Deposit Receipts - CDR) one hour before the auction starts.

   • Rs. 50,000/- for small cities/Godowns.

   • Rs. 150,000/- for big cities for Godown.

   • Rs. 500,000/- for Parking Stands.

4. Payment Schedule: The successful bidder of new shops must pay 50% premium at the time of auction and the remaining 50% premium at the time of agreement. For Parking Stands, the successful bidder is liable to pay 30% of the offered bid as annual rent at the time of auction.

5. Refunds: Bid Security money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after the auction proceedings.

6. Forfeiture: If a successful bidder fails to deposit the amount, their security money will be forfeited.

7. Bid Security for Shops: Specifically for new/existing shops, bid security money is Rs. 50,000/- (refundable) for small sites and Rs. 150,000/- (refundable) for big cities.

8. Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.

9. Eligibility: Railway defaulters and those in litigation against Pakistan Railways are not allowed to participate.

10. Taxes: Lessee will pay all Government Taxes/Duties/Fee/Registration fee etc.

11. Application Fee: Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable) for big cities and Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) for small cities will be paid by bidder in advance as participation fee before start of open auction of New shops. Rs. 10,000/- for Model Bazar.

12. Lease Period:

    • New Shops: 05 years (extendable for further 05 years). Annual rent will increase 10% annually.

    • Parking Stands (Category A): 03 years (extendable for 02 years). Rent increase 10% annually.

    • Godowns: 05 years (extendable for another 05 years). Rent increase 10% annually.
