TENDER NOTICE
Office of the undersigned invites sealed quotations under single stage single envelop procedure from registered firms suppliers for purchase of different types/varieties of saffron
(bulbs), conduction of trainings in different research stations of KP and for exposure visits. Detail of all required items and services with specifications is mentioned in tender documents which can be obtained from office of the undersigned by paying fee of Rs. 500/-during working hours and days from date of publishing of this tender to September 23, 2024 (Monday).
 

General Terms & Conditions
1. Only firms suppliers duly registered with GST, income tax and KPRA having active status can participate.
2. Sealed quotations on fimi/supplier letter head may be submitted on or before September 24, 2024 (Tuesday) before 12.00 noon.
3. The tenders received after due date and closing hours either by hand, postal services or courier services will be returned back.
4. The committee will open quotations on same date (24-09-2024) at 12:30 hours in the presence of representative of bidders who want to participate.
5. Conditional bids, incomplete bids, bids with overwriting/cuttings or deviations from required
specification will be rejected.
6. Rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and valid upto June 30, 2025. Any change in duties. price hike due to any reason will be on part of supplier.
7. Security call deposit of 2% of total bid value of the total quoted amount must be submitted with sealed bid in shape of call deposit in name of undersigned. Bid without security deposit will be rejected. The office of undersigned reserve the right to verify the security deposit from concerned bank.
8. An affidavit on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- must be annexed with bid with declaration that the owner of the firm and the firm is not black listed by any of the government or
other organizations. Without this affidavit the quotation will be rejected.
9. The purchase committee reserve the right to accept or reject any of the offers by whole or in parts by assigning cogentreason to the bidder on their demand. INF(P)2345/24
