Invitation to e-Bid
1. The Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Resident Engineer Power Station WAPDA, Chichoki invites electronic bids for the following procurement from eligible contractors, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue for the supply & procurement of 40 Nos Generator Coils for the generating units of Chichoki Power Station on F.C.S basis. The period for performance of the Contract is 90-days.
2. A complete set of Bidding documents which are containing detailed terms & conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at (www.eprocure.gov.pk)
3. All bids the electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS on or before 22.01.2026 at 10:30 Hrs. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 Hrs. in the office of Resident Engineer, WAPDA Chichoki Power Station, in the presence of the bidders designated representatives. Single Stage one envelope procedure shall be followed for this procurement.
4. Each bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of PKR 150,000/- in original in the form of CDR in favour of Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Chichoki WAPDA payable in Account No. 0781476101001845 of MCB SEIKHAM Branch. MCB Branch Code:0750. Bid security must reach this office on or before bid closing time.
