• Inspection & Submission: Vendors can visit the location to check the vehicle and submit their quotations on the spot.

• Bid Guarantee: A 10% bid guarantee (cross cheque) is required along with the quotation.

• Selection & Payment: The selected vendor will be notified officially. Upon confirmation, the entire amount must be paid before the transfer and handing over the vehicle.
